Netfil Microtextured Oleophobic FEP Film

Quality Products

Discover the next evolution in 3D printing with our Netfil Microtextured Oleophobic FEP Film, a groundbreaking innovation designed to outperform standard FEP films in every way.

Why Choose Netfil Microtextured Oleophobic FEP Film?

 Advanced Microtexturing
Unlike standard FEP films, which feature a smooth, flat surface, our Netfil film is engineered with a precise and uniform microtexture. This microstructure significantly enhances the film's performance in resin-based 3D printing.

Superior Oleophobic Properties

The microtextured surface repels resin and other sticky substances more effectively than traditional FEP. This oleophobic behavior ensures cleaner operations and reduces downtime caused by resin adhesion.

Dramatic Reduction in Peel Forces

Thanks to its advanced surface engineering, the Netfil Microtextured Oleophobic FEP Film drastically reduces peel forces during the printing process. The result? Improved layer resolution, reduced print failures, and speed.

ACF Membrane alternative

Similar to high-performance ACF membranes when it comes to peel force reduction.

Enhanced Durability

Designed to withstand the rigors of high-intensity printing environments, the Netfil film maintains its release properties over prolonged use, offering excellent longevity compared to standard FEP films.

DIFFERENCE IN PEEL FORCES BETWEEN REGULAR FEP AND OLEOPHOBIC FEP

Regular FEP film, while commonly used in resin 3D printing, is known to exhibit relatively high peel forces due to its smooth surface and inherent material properties. These forces can lead to several challenges during printing, such as layer delamination, print failure, or excessive wear on printer components. The high peel forces occur because the cured resin adheres more strongly to the film.

To address these challenges, we have our Oleophobic FEP film ,offering significantly lower peel forces by incorporating an  oleophobic surface. This reduces resin adhesion and ensures a smoother, more reliable separation process.
